Manhattan restaurant, located on the second floor, has the atmosphere of a typical New York eatery. Chefs prepare innovative and fresh specialties in a gourmet open-style kitchen. Open Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m. to 11 a.m., 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.; on weekends, breakfast begins later at 7 a.m. Spencer's Lounge has an extensive martini list and serves drinks and snacks from Monday to Saturday from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. and Sunday from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. Food service ends at 10:30 p.m.
