Bistro on Two is located on the second level and offers an international menu for breakfast and lunch prepared by Executive Chef Michael Picken. Dine buffet style or order ala carte while enjoying views of the Waterfall Gardens. Open 7 days a week from 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., closed for dinner.

Traders on the lobby level evokes the sophistication of a gentleman's club with mahogany paneling, large windows and red leather sofa and seating areas. Atrium seating boasts beautiful views of the Waterfall Gardens and the new lobby. Lunch, snacks, light suppers and drinks are offered, including grilled fare, martinis, single malt favorites and over 25 draught beers. Open Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 1 a.m., Saturday 12 noon to 1 a.m. and Sunday 12 noon to 12 midnight.
